I registered my domain name as www.dia-rose.com and I paid for the Professional plan of web hosting i supposed to pay Php 815.52 so I sent Php 820 for my domain registration and web hosting for monthly billing.

I was sending support tickets but what I received was these

I supposed to hear an explanation but why I didn't received the instructions for my web hosting and why my domain is dis-rose.com showed index. I have been sending these questions already but not heard any answer from any of your support. How can I used what I paid for without your assistance and complete services according to what I paid.

I purchased their hosting Last year, halos every month nagkakaroon ng problem sa kanila... i ve tried upgrading just to fix the problem kaso ganon parin...

I was needing an extra hosting account on another host so I decided to try them. I got problem with my main host because my other sites incredibly has a lag in loading (which is just currently 1 page). After I've transfer it to them, it now loads faster!

I also like the cpanel and its blue/black theme, its clean looking and much better than the boring default skin. The specs for the price is very competitive too. I have recommended it to a friend when she asked for a hosting - she signs up immediately.  :)

After making the payment, I must say that I got impressed by the way Jollyworks Hosting instantly setup my account and activated my domain in a few minutes!

It usually takes around a day or up to 3 days worse on my previous hosting provider which really isn't convenient for my businesses.
